Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation Class

Pregnancy yoga focuses on breathing techniques and movement to increase strengthen and stretch out those parts that really need it during pregnancy. The class also draws from the Body Ready Method (BRM®) which aims to bring balance to your posture, core system and pelvis, so that you're ready for your best possible pregnancy, birth and recovery.

It will help to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques to cope during labour as well as carve out some time for you to connect with your baby.

We will end the class with deep relaxation so you can float off home to bed feeling relaxed and nurtured. Suitable for all including those who have never done Yoga before.

Next 4 week block begins 12th May @ 7.30pm.

Class is held in my home studio in Bishopbriggs and address given on booking.
