Yoga & Bellyfit® Instructor and Holistic Hormone Health Coach
Yoga has been a part of my life for many many years now. I practised it on and off in the beginning, but I was always drawn back to it every time because of how it made me feel. I felt so nurtured, relaxed and peaceful afterwards. I went on to qualify as a Yoga Teacher in 2017, and have also ran my own Yoga studio 'The Chakra Hut' in Bishopbriggs, before going on to have my beautiful rainbow daughter.
Yoga has helped me through many phases and transitions in my life, from trying to conceive, pregnancy, the ups and downs of motherhood and now Perimenopause!
I had a rocky journey to becoming a mother, which took me a several years after coming off the pill, losing 2 pregnancies, learning about my cycle, lots of self care and bringing balance back to my system along the way.
My own hormonal health journey led me to take specialist training in the Chakras, mindfulness, fertility, pre and postnatal Yoga, nutrition, Ayurveda and Perimenopause and I'm passionate about helping women balance their hormones naturally through a proven 7 step holistic protocol.
The type of movement I teach is rooted in the feminine with Belly Dance moves integrated.
