I know firsthand how challenging it can feel when you’re trying to conceive, prepare for birth, or navigate motherhood while keeping your sanity and sense of self intact! My own journey to motherhood wasn’t a straightforward one—I became a first-time mum at 40 after facing my own fertility challenges. Along the way, I discovered the power of holistic health to not only transform my body but to nurture my mind and soul. Now, I help women do the same.
Who I Work With

Why I Do This Work
I know the fears and frustrations you’re facing because I’ve been there myself. I remember wondering if I’d ever become pregnant, feeling frustrated and disconnected from my body, and overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. I was scared, unsure, and longing for someone to guide me.
Through my journey, I not only became a mother but discovered my passion for helping other women do the same. Today, I combine hundreds of hours of training in fertility, hormones, birth, and postnatal recovery with the same tools and practices I used to transform my own life.
